Entorno S will be a 9,300 m2 mixed-use project in Puerto Vallarta, which is planned to complement an adjacent 232-unit residential development, by the same clients, therefore creating a new living space in the city with a coherent vision for sustainability and social encounter.

        Entorno S provides its users a unique value proposal in Puerto Vallarta, to simplify its lifestyle. In order to achieve this, great emphasis was placed on designing a vast and diverse set of ammenities where residents could socialize, rest, work, exercise, shop or eat; thus, fulfilling their needs in a single location. The aforementioned activities can take place in one of Entorno S innovative spaces, such as the lounge lobby, laundry room, children's playground, objects' library, exterior playroom, fitness terrace, outdoor grill area, firepit lounge, swimming lane and lounge chairs terrace, as well as on the first gastronomic center in the city.

        In order to accomplish this novel built concept in the city, without sacrificing budget overruns, building planning and technology was a priority; hence, Building Information Modeling was adopted since design phase, and it's currently being used for 4D (model-based scheduling) & complemented with Lean Construction strategies.
