  • MB Desarrollos y Promoción Inmobiliaria. Puerto Vallarta, México. April 2014 – Present

    • Lead the design of a +4,500 m2 commercial project to be built in 2016 in Puerto Vallarta, from concept phase to construction documents. This includes coordinating the interaction between client, design architects, furniture designers and commercial broker to achieve balance throughout design phases.

    • Delivered drawing packages of the different housing prototypes on La Primavera Residencial, a 232-unit residential development.

    • Delivered renderings in plan view for the sales team of La Primavera Residencial, in order to present housing prototypes to clients.

  • PARQ – Progressive Architecture. Guadalajara, México. September 2013 – December 2013

    • Delivered construction drawings for a three-story office building, a ten-story residential building & a new Japanese restaurant on a hotel’s renovation.

    • 3D modelling for several projects, scale ranging from furniture pieces to a medium-size public space.

    • Designed a proposal for Parque Revolución’s renewal project.

  • IMPULSA Inmuebles. Puerto Vallarta, México. January 2010 – May 2011

    • Supervised the construction progress of Las Moras Residencial, a 440-housing unit residential development.
