Plaza Primavera will be a 5,400 m2 commercial project in Puerto Vallarta, which is planned to complement an adjacent 232-unit residential development, by the same clients, therefore creating a new living space in the city with a coherent vision for sustainability and social encounter.

Plaza Primavera looks to differentiate itself from the typical strip mall focused only on the retail aspect of commercial projects. Thus, great emphasis was placed on public space and sustainability for the design of this project, looking to achieve these goals: to enhance social interactions, create a natural setting, increase thermal comfort & reduce energy consumption, all while keeping maintenance costs low. Instead of competing vis-à-vis with future commercial projects on a low-cost policy only, Plaza Primavera will seek customers by adding value to its offer, this will be possible by an innovative business model, and it all starts with a different design proposal.
