The following project consists on the design of a five-storey office building to be utilized as the new headquarters for a tequila company, in addition to a 500 square meters warehouse serving a city-wide distribution function. The ground floor hosts all public spaces which include a restaurant along with an exterior terrace, a showroom and a retail store to present and sell the company's products. The first floor consists of a 200-seat auditorium for in-house presentations and office space for the company's sales team. The second and third floor are filled with office space for the marketing, public relations and international commerce teams. Finally, the fourth floor hosts the executives' offices. Both the third and fourth floor have exterior terraces for employee's relaxation; there's also a roof garden for special open-house events.

In order to let in the highest amount possible of natural light, but without compromising thermal comfort, both the north and west facades were completely covered with a glazed curtain wall along with an operable louver system where necessary. For aesthetic purposes and to mitigate solar heat gain as well, a double-skin facade consisting of double curvature perforated aluminium panels was installed in three-quarters of the building's facade area.
